What we collect
From the top-up form: a card number, an amount, and either an email address or a phone number depending on how you asked us to reply. Optionally a short note.
From the contact form: a name, a way to reach you, a subject and a message. From the request lookup: a reference code and a contact detail.
Automatically, our web host writes an ordinary access log with an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and a browser string. That is server housekeeping, not profiling.
The balance lookup is not recorded at all. The number you type is used to produce the figure on screen and is not written to our records.
Why we hold it
To carry out the top-up you asked for, to answer you about it afterwards, to process a refund where one is due, and to keep the financial records a business handling payments in the United Arab Emirates is expected to keep.
The basis is performance of the service you requested, plus our own interest in accurate accounts.
How long it stays
Request records, card number and amount included, are kept for 24 months from the date of the request and then deleted. Contact messages are removed 12 months after the conversation ends. Access logs rotate after 90 days.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider, which receives the amount and the reference so it can take your payment, and which handles your bank card data under its own policy rather than passing it to us. Our email and hosting providers, which carry and store messages.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, there are no advertising pixels on this site, and we run no analytics of any kind.
Your choices
Ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by writing to contact@auhbuspay.com from the address you used. We reply within 30 days.
Deletion is not possible for records we are still required to keep for financial reporting. Where that applies we tell you which record and for how long.
Cookies and young users
Two functional cookies, no trackers. The cookie page lists them.
The service is not meant for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold data about children. If you think we do, write and we will remove it.
